Accelerating Time to Degree Completion," an Adult Learner Summit sponsored by the Center for Adult Learning in Louisiana and the Louisiana Board of Regents, promises to deliver useful information for college and university faculty, staff, and administrators, non-profit organizations, and representatives from business and industry who are working on adult degree completion initiatives. This FREE one-day event will be held at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center on March 1st, 2012.

To open this event, Dr. James Applegate, Vice President for Program Development at the Lumina Foundation , will deliver the opening keynote address, Getting More Adults to the Stage. Three break-out sessions will feature these topics and state/national presenters:
