Fourteen participants in the Continuum for All Louisiana Learners (CALL) Initiative at Northwestern State University accomplished long-term personal goals by receiving a college degree at NSU’s Spring Commencement Exercises.

ULM offers online degree this fall

The University of Louisiana at Monroe is joining other universities in the state by offering a course through the CALL initiative, or Continuum for All Louisiana Learners, this fall.

The initiative makes it possible to enroll at a Louisiana public college or university and earn a degree online at an accelerated pace.

Administered by ULM's Department of Health Studies, the course will answer existing and future health care needs, according to department head Jessica Dolecheck.

SREB, Louisiana Partnering to Attract Adults to College Classroom


The Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) and the Louisiana Board of Regents today announced a joint initiative that will make it easier for Louisiana adults without a college degree to enroll at a Louisiana public college or university and earn a degree or other college credential.
