Cultural and Arts Institutions ABOUT THE PROGRAM The purpose of the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Cultural and Arts Institutions is to prepare students to assume leadership positions in the types of cultural and arts institutions for which New Orleans is world famous: music, visual arts, theater and dance.
